You can delete your Grantha account at any time either through the Grantha mobile application or directly on this page.

What happens when you delete your account:

• Your profile, name, email and saved delivery addresses will be permanently removed.
• Any saved PayHere payment cards and mobile login sessions will be immediately revoked.
• Past completed order records are retained solely for tax, legal, and financial accounting requirements.
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete via web: Please sign in to your account first to confirm your identity.

To delete in the Mobile App: Open the Grantha App, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm deletion.
