Dr. Priyantha Navarathne's "Ecstasy in Solitude", is a fascinating story of enlightening the mind of the human being, which is a break away from his other books written on Computer Science, Buddhism and Child Psychology. "Ecstasy in Solitude" makes him an explorative writer with his remarkable experience in the forest monasteries of Sri Lanka and Myanmar. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Malalasekera Foundation and he makes his contributions to ALOKA, an international Buddhist Magazine as an Advisor to the Editorial Board. He was bestowed with the Golden Dhammadutha award by the World Alliance of Buddhists (WAB) in 2021 to mark his yeoman service to spread Dhamma in the world. At present, he serves as the Vice Chairman for Sangha Ordination and Meditation Retreats of the WAB.
