ලංකාවේ ඉතිහාසය : දෘෂ්ටිවාද විචාරයක්

නිර්මාල් රංජිත් දේවසිරිගේ "ලංකාවේ ඉතිහාසය" කෘතිය හරහා මෙතෙක් ශ්‍රී ලංකා අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමය හරහා මෙන්ම සම්මත ඉතිහාසඥයින් විසින් සමාජගත කරන ලද ඉතිහාසය නම් සංකල්පය උඩුයටිකුරු කිරීමට සමත් වී ඇත.
ඉතිහාසය නම් විශය හරහා දේශපාලනය සිදුවන ආකාරය මෙයින් පැහැදිලි වේ.

දේශපාලනික අරමුණු හා පරමාර්ථ ඉෂ්ඨ කරගැනීමට ඉතිහාසය නම් විශය මෙහෙයවන ආකාරය මෙහිදී විවරණය කරන අතර එය කියවන්නාට වැදගත් දෘෂ්ටිමය තොරතුරු ගොන්නකි.

තම ඉතිහාසය පිළිබඳව පවත්නා හා පැවති සෑම දැනුමක්ම විවාදයට ලක්කිරීමට සමත් මෙම කෘතිය හරහා පාඨකයාව නව මානයකට යොමු කිරීමට සමත් වේ.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පැවති ඓතිහාසික සිනමා රැල්ල ( අබා [2008] ), ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ යටත් විජිත සමයේ ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රති නිර්මාණය කිරීම හා මුලික යටත් විජිත සමයේ පැවති ඉතිහාසය වැනි ගැඹුරු සංකල්ප තම විෂය පතයට හසු කරගැනීම සැලකිල්ලට ගත යුතුය.
