★★★★★ 'Misery' is one of the best books ever written by Stephen King. The book was masterfully written by him. We can see his skills of sinking us in terror throughout the book. The summary is, however: A writer named Paul Sheldon gets involved in an accident.This translation is the best Stephen King Translation as of today (7/ 31/ 21). Mr Sanka Jayasinha is an underrated translator. He did an exceptional job when translating this book; for a bit, I started to think that Stephen King himself wrote this in Sinhalese. As far as other Stephen King translations are concerned, Mr Dileepa Jayakody's translation is also exceptional. Mr Chandana Gunasekara, however, failed to impress me in any way. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS THE FIRST SINHALESE TRANSLATION OF STEPHEN KING! And, this is easily the best translation of any Stephen King book. I urge you all to read this amazing translation!
