දැක්ම සහ සමාජ වගකීම

This may be a very small book. But this book can change the future of Sri Lanka.

2019 අප්‍රේල් 25 වැනි දින දෙරණ රූපවාහිනි නාලිකාවේ විකාශය වූ "Talk with Chathura" නම් වැඩසටහනේ සිදුවූ මහත් ඇන්දෝලනාත්මක සම්මුඛ සාකච්චාවට සහභාගී වුයේ මෙම කුඩා ග්‍රන්ථයේ කතුවරයාය.

ඔහු ඉන්පසු සමාජය තුළ තරමක් ප්‍රකට චරිතයක් බවට පත්වුවද වඩාත් ජනප්‍රිය වූයේ ඔහුගේ විකල්ප දේශපාලන සහභාගිත්වය නිසාය. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වත්මන් දේශපාලනය තුළ තුන්වන බලවේගයක් හෙවත් විකල්ප බලවේගයක අවශ්‍යතාවය මතුකරන ප්‍රධාන පෙළේ සම්පත්ධාරියකු ලෙස විද්‍යුත් මාධ්‍යයෙන් සහ සමාජ මාධ්‍යයෙන් ඉදිරියට කැපි පෙනුනු චරිතයක් වන මෙම කතුවරයාගේ භුමිකාව සහ එහි තවත් පැතිකඩක් මෙම ග්‍රන්ථයෙන් තවත් විවරණය වේ.

2019 අප්‍රේල් පාස්කු බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් පසු සිදුවූ රටේ තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳව බුද්ධි අංශ නිලධාරියකු ලෙස ඔහු දකින සමාජයේ සහ එහි ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය ඔහු මාධ්‍යය හරහා එළිදරව් කළේ, Talk With Chathura නම් වැඩසටහන් සමඟයි.

නමුත් 'දැක්ම සහ සමාජ වගකීම' නම් පිටු 80ක් වූ මිල රු. 350 ක්වන කෘතිය හරහා ඔහු සමාජගත කරන්නේ වෙනත් පණිවිඩයකි.

පරිච්චේද 08ක් පුරා දිවයන්නේ කතුවරයා පැවැත්වූ මිල අයකිරීමෙන් තොරව සිදුකල දේශණයන් ගැනයි. එම දේශණ වල මුඛ්‍ය අර්ථය වන්නේ නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය හොඳින් තම සාර්ථකත්වය සඳහා ඵල නෙලා ගැනීමට යොදාගත හැක්කේ කෙසේද යන්නයි. කතුවරයා තමා අනුග්‍රහය යටතේ අධ්‍යාපනය හරහා දියුණුවේ ඉහළටම ගිය සිසුන් හා සිසුවියන් රැසකගේ තොරතුරු මේ කෘතිය හරහා හෙළිකර ඇත.

කතුවරයා ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමාජයේ හොඳ හා නරක යන සාධක කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමුකරන බවක් මෙම කෘතිය හරහා කියවන්නාට පසක් වේ.

ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමාජය වර්තමානයේ මෙවන් දුෂිත සහ ඉතාමත් අවිධිමත් තත්ත්වයට පත්ව ඇත්තේ දැක්මක් තොර වීම සහ සමාජ වගකීම ඉටු නොකිරීම නිසා බව කතුවරයා පවසයි.

මෙම කෘතිය හරහා වර්තමාන වැඩිහිටි පරපුරට අනාගත පරම්පරාවන්ට තිරසාර ලෙස සමාජය හා පරිසරය ආරක්ෂා කළ යුත්තේ කෙසේද යන්න සරලව පැහැදිලි කරයි.

මෙම කෘතියේ මුලික දුර්වලතාවය එය හුදු හැඟීම් මත පදනම් වූ ස්වභාවයක් පෙන්වීමයි. එනම් හොඳ සහ නරක අතර දෝලනය සිදුවන ආකාරය පිළිබඳව ඇත්තේ ඉතා සරල න්‍යායාත්මක නොවන මතවාදයකි. නමුත් කතුවරයාගේ මතය යනු ක්‍රමයේ වෙනස්වීමක් සිදුකිරීමට ආකල්පමය සහ අධ්‍යාපනය හරහා එය ළඟා කරගත යුතුය යන්නයි. මෙම මතය ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ නිදහසින් පසු (ක්‍රි. ව. 1948න් පසු) සිදුවූ දීර්ඝකාලීන කතිකාවේ දිගුවකි. එමනිසා ක්‍රමය තුළ සිදුවිය යුතු න්‍යායාත්මක වෙනස්වීමක් පිළිබඳව කියවන්නාට කුතුහලයක් ග්‍රන්ථය කියවන විට ඇතිවේ.

On 29th April 2019, a discussion in 'Talk With Chathura' was telecasted on Derana TV which was controversial, and the speaker who participated in it is the writer of this small book.

After the telecast of the program, he became a Sri Lankan public phenomenon. But he was most famous for his role in Sri Lankan alternative politics. As a resource person who reflected his views on alternative politics and of a third movement in politics in Sri Lanka through electronic media and social media, one of his other roles in society is reflected in this book.

His views on changes in society and in the country after the 2019 Easter Sunday bombings were also revealed in the television program, 'Talk with Chathura' as a secret intelligence service officer of Sri Lanka.

But this book 'Dakma Saha Samaja Wagakeema / දැක්ම සහ සමාජ වගකීම / Vision and Social Responsibility' which has 80 pages and costs around 350 Sri Lankan Rupees has a different perspective.

In all the 08 chapters the book elaborates the lectures provided by the author free of charge to the society. The essence of these lectures is to make use of the free education system for the benefit of society and personal life. The author reveals students who succeeded in life with his sponsorship in this book.

It is evident that the author is trying to focus on the good and bad areas of society.

What the author is trying to emphasize in the book is due to lack of vision and not following social responsibilities have lead Sri Lanka to be a failed state.

This book in a summarised manner explains the older generation of the country on how to protect the environment and society in a sustainable way to the future generations who will lead the country and the system.

The main weakness of this book is that it is based on human emotions than out of a logical theory or a systematic guideline. The concepts of having a vision and being socially responsible are based on simplicity rather than systematic guidance. This systematic guideline is to achieve objectives through education and changes is an extension of the discourse which was existent in Sri Lanka since independence from the British. Therefore the readers feel a lack of evidence in the theoretical background to achieve a collective vision and social responsibility in the book's content.

ආචාර්ය අජිත් කොලොන්නේ මහතා ඉතාම වටිනා දැනුමක් ඉතාම ආකර්ශනීය ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබෙනවා. කිසිවෙක් නොකරන ඉතාම වටිනා සමාජ සේවයක්. නිකන්ම පොතකට වඩා තවත් අවුරුදු කිහිපියකින් රටක් වෙනස් වන මට්ටමේ අතිශය ප්‍රායෝගික දැනුමක්.

This is a great book not only for kids but specially for adults who are facing the current "IT'S NOT MY DUTY" crisis.
Sure this book delivers a strong message to our younger generation about "what's the purpose of our life" and "what to do with it" in great manner.
